• Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date will result in a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days prior will incur a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure will not be eligible for a refund.
• Changes to Your Reservation
• Changes to your reservation can be made up to 30 days prior to your cruise. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
• Liability Waiver
• By participating in activities organized by LuxeCruise, including but not limited to casino games, excursions, and onboard entertainment, you agree to assume all risks associated with these activities. LuxeCruise shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation.
• Code of Conduct
• Guests are expected to exhibit good behavior during their stay aboard our cruise ships. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the cruise without refund.
